These terms apply to your use of toproofing.net (the "site"), operated by Top Roofing ("we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Using the site

You must be at least 18 to request an estimate. Give accurate information, and request estimates only for property you own or are authorized to act for. Do not misuse the site, including by sending false requests, trying to disrupt it or collecting data from it by automated means.

Estimates are not contracts

Requesting an estimate does not commit you or us to any work. A written estimate is not a contract and does not create an obligation for either side. Any roofing work is governed only by a separate written agreement that you sign.

Information on the site, including the example roof report and descriptions of common roof problems, is general information. It is not an assessment of your roof.

Communications

By sending a request, you agree that we may contact you about it by email or phone. We send text messages only if you agree to them. Our Texting terms explain how texting works.

Content

The site and its content are owned by Top Roofing or used under license. You may view the site for your own use. Do not copy or reuse its content without our permission.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind about the site, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Top Roofing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed $100.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute relating to the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
